Since today is my and Dobert’s third anniversary, I decided to prepare something special for lunch.
I looked on the internet interesting recipes and decided that the best will be prawns on guacamole.
Here’s how to prepare prawns on guacamole, or dish perfect for our anniversary 🙂
- For: 2 people
- Preparation time: 1 hour
- Cuisine: Mexican, seafood
- Level: easy
- 12 prawns (big shrimps), i used two different kinds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- fresh herbs: basil and parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 avocado
- 2 shallots
- few sprigs of coriander
- half a lime
- salt and pepper
- crispy baguette
How to prepare prawns:
Peeled garlic cloves squeeze through a garlic press and fry in butter.
Take off the pan from the heat and put on it the washed and dried prawns. Sprinkle everything with basil and parsley and put aside for 40 minutes.
How to make guacamole:
Crush avocado with a fork to a mash and sprinkle with lime.
Cut the shallots finely.
Mix all the ingredients together. Done 🙂 You have just made your guacamole dip.
Put it on plates, on a top of it put prawns and serve with sliced buttered baguette.
